Rub with Love Spicy Red Chili Salmon Teriyaki
Serves 4
For a colorful and tasty garnish, brush 4 green onions, root ends trimmed, lightly with oil, and broil or grill them along with the salmon.
4 salmon fillets, 6 or 7 ounces each
Vegetable oil as needed
Rub with Love Spicy Red Chili Teriyaki Sauce
For stove top cooking, heat about 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Cook the salmon fillets on both sides, about 7 to 10 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness. About 2 minutes before the salmon is done, brush each fillet with teriyaki sauce. Serve with more teriyaki sauce on the side.
For grilling or broiling: Fire up the grill or preheat the broiler. Brush the salmon lightly on both sides with oil. Grill over medium heat, or broil, on both sides, about 7 to 10 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness. About 2 minutes before the salmon is done, brush each fillet with teriyaki sauce. Serve with more teriyaki sauce on the side.
