If you’re watching “The Princess Bride” and listen closely, we’re fairly confident that the Impressive Clergyman says, “…wuv, dru wuv…” during the infamous wedding scene. If that’s the case, then what’s better than spending Valentine’s Day with your “true love” at Serious Pie? And more so, with our dear friends at Snoqualmie’s Dru Bru Brewery? Join us for an epic Bru Love feast at Serious Pie’s Kitchen Table with Chefs Tony Catini and Jenn Metcalf, alongside Dru Bru Head Brewer, Dru Ernst. With five delicious courses, each paired with five award-winning beers, we’re confident that you and your Valentine will be swooning! Space is limited, so snag your tickets today!

Amuse: local winter mushroom conserva, rye crostini, crescenza, collins orchard apple agrodolce
paired with whisky sticke alt: a dark roasted ale with rich malt flavors of caramel & chocolate with piney hop undertones. Aged for 9 months in heaven hills distillery barrels adding hints of vanilla, oak and of course…..bourbon.

Salad: citrus & beet salad, mache, chilled dungeness crab, pickled avocado
paired with hop session ipa: light copper ale with citrus and tropical fruit flavors showcasing a light hop flavor without the high alcohol content.

Soup: black salsify soup, smoked penn cove mussels, black truffle, watercress puree
paired with bru ski patrol german style dark lager: deep amber color with flavors of toast, chocolate, and dark caramel. Hint of herbal and spicy notes, inspired by a munch-style dunkel.

Pizza: acorn squash puree, beer braised short ribs, charred chicory, gran aresu
paired with serious bru pilsner: our award-winning collaboration modeled after an old world bohemian pilsner. Contains a complex maltiness with a soft bitterness and is the perfect accompaniment to a serious pie pizza.

Dessert: baked dark chocolate pudding, salted butter cookies, toasted marshmallow ice cream, ghost chili salt
paired with Rauchbier german style smoke beer: amber colored beer with mesquite smoke aroma. Applewood smoked malts create a sweet and smoky experience.
