Kick off 2020 in the right way with an incredible Root Stoup Boogie at Palace Kitchen! The entire team at Palace Kitchen restaurant is very excited to work with Stoup Brewing for their first ever collaboration dinner! Stoup is one of our favorite breweries in Seattle and a Ballard fixture since 2013.  The brewery’s dedication to high quality beer and their scientific approach to flavor profiles makes this a perfect match for Chef Erika’s love of molecular gastronomy and seasonal produce, like winter’s bounty of delicious and hearty root vegetables! Join us for this spectacular beer pairing feast, complete with five courses and delectable surprises along the way.
