We have partnered with Kai USA (makers of Shun knives), incorporating their quality manufacturing capabilities and commitment to innovation into our homegrown desire for knives we can all depend on. Tom designed this knife himself! It was designed for serious home cooks and working chefs, many of our cooks use it in our restaurants!
