Pineapple Ginger Teriyaki Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 16 large prawns, about 1 pound, shelled and deveined, tail on
  • 4 bamboo skewers, soaked in cold water 30 minutes and drained
  • Vegetable oil, as needed
  • 1/2 cup Rub with Love Pineapple Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Thread 4 prawns on each skewer and brush lightly with oil.
  3. Broil for 2 minutes, turning the skewers as needed.
  4. Brush with teriyaki sauce and continue to broil until the prawns are cooked through, about a minute more
  5. Cut into a prawn to check doneness
