Ginger Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs
  • Vegetable oil, as needed for brushing
  • Rub with Love Ginger Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce
  • Steamed white rice, if desired

Directions

  1. Fire up the grill or preheat the broiler.
  2. Brush the chicken pieces lightly on both sides with oil.
  3. Grill over medium heat, or broil, on both sides, turning as needed until cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes (An instant reading meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat should read 165F.)
  4. About 2 minutes before the chicken is done, brush each breast with teriyaki sauce.
  5. Serve the chicken and rice with a bowl of teriyaki sauce on the side.
