NW Porter Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients

2 Pork Chops (approx 1/2 pound each)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 cup hard cider
1 Tablespoon NW Porter Mustard
1/2 cup heavy cream
 

Directions

  1. Put thicker chops between plastic and pound to 3/4" thick. 
  2. Heat oil in pan and cook chops over medium high heat for about 5 min per side until done through. 
  3. Remove pork chops and keep warm. 
  4. Add cider to deglaze the pan and whisk for about one minute to combine the pan drippings. 
  5. Add NW Porter Mustard and cream continuing to whisk for 2 minutes. 
  6. Pour sauce over pork chops and enjoy!
