  • 8 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Rub with Love Smoky Barbecue Rub
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons molasses
  • 6 Fresh ears of corn, shucked
  • Salt to taste

  1. In a food processor (or bowl with rubber spatula) combine the butter, rub and molasses.  Transfer to serving bowl and set aside.
  2. Fire up the grill.  Place the corn directly on the grill and grill until done, about 8 min over medium heat, turning as necessary to cook evenly.
  3. Remove corn and slather with Smoky Barbecue butter.
  4. Season to taste with salt.

Note:  If you prefer not to grill, you can boil the corn until done, then apply Smoky Barbecue butter.
