Spicy Red Chili Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, 6 or 7 ounces each
  • Vegetable oil as needed
  • Rub with Love Spicy Red Chili Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

For Stove Top Cooking:

  1. Heat about 1 tablespoon of oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the salmon fillets on both sides, about 7 to 10 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  3. About 2 minutes before the salmon is done, brush each fillet with teriyaki sauce.
  4. Serve with more teriyaki sauce on the side.

For Grilling or Broiling:

  1. Fire up the grill or preheat the broiler.
  2. Brush the salmon lightly on both sides with oil.
  3. Grill over medium heat, or broil, on both sides, about 7 to 10 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. About 2 minutes before the salmon is done, brush each fillet with teriyaki sauce.
  5. Serve with more teriyaki sauce on the side.
