“Sweet Love” (sweet potatoes roasted with Veggie Rub)

4 sweet potatoes, medium thick slices or medium dice (1/2” thick or less)

1c ‘Rub with Love’ Veggie Rub

1T kosher salt

1T canola or rice oil


1. Preheat oven t 425°F

2. Toss potatoes in oil to coat evenly.

3. Coat potatoes with veggie rub and salt. Toss to coat evenly.

4. Spread potatoes evenly on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan.

5. Roast until potatoes start to brown slightly and become tender.

6. Serve and enjoy!

***If you do not prefer the taste or feel of whole spices, feel free to grind the Veggie Rub in a spice grinder or blender until you reach your desired consistency.***
