I use the Bengal Masala Rub on my Boneless Lamb, that I slow cook for 8 Hours. The flavors go deep into the meat, and the smell and taste are out of this world.....

I brown ground lamb with Bengal Masala rub and crushed red pepper flakes, then top homemade pizza dough with a bright crushed tomato sauce lightly seasoned, then the lamb, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and julienned red onion. Cook at very high heat in a pizza oven. Guaranteed to make you wildly popular at your next pizza party.
