Broiled Shrimp Skewers with Pineapple Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

16 large prawns, about 1 pound, shelled and deveined, tail on
4 bamboo skewers, soaked in cold water 30 minutes and drained
Vegetable oil, as needed
1/2 cup Rub with Love Pineapple Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
Preheat the broiler.
Thread 4 prawns on each skewer and brush lightly with oil.
Broil for 2 minutes, turning the skewers as needed.
Brush with teriyaki sauce and continue to broil until the prawns are cooked through, about a minute more
(Cut into a prawn to check doneness)
**Serve with additional Teriyaki Sauce on the side**
