"Roast Rub" Roasted Butternut Squash
A Tom Douglas® Recipe
1 medium-size butternut squash
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons "Rub with Love" Roast Rub
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel and cube squash into a 1" dice - should yield approx. 4 cups.
Toss squash with olive oil and Roast Rub to coat; then disperse onto a baking sheet tray.
Cook approx. 25 minutes (tossing midway through cooking time) until squash is soft and evenly browned.
