Rub with Love Pan Roasted Halibut
Bengal Masala Rubbed - Pan Roasted Halibut
A Tom Douglas® Recipe
4 halibut fillets, 6-ounces each
2 tablespoons Rub with Love Bengal Masala Rub
2 tablespoons olive oil
Minty Ginger Snap Peas (optional, see additional recipe)
Pat Bengal Masala Rub over both sides of each fillet. Allow halibut to rest 5 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the halibut on both sides, watching carefully so rub does not burn. Reduce heat if necessary.
Cook until done to your liking, about 6 to 8 minutes.
**Serve with Minty Ginger Snap Peas, if desired**
